I had heard good things about it from my relatives,At the interview, I got the impression that the customer service was solid.My previous job was at a transportation company that focused on service, so I think I knew the fun of customer service. I chose this company because it was close to my home.

When I was a long-distance driver, I only took a day off once every two weeks, so I feel like I have a lot more free time. I haven't been able to spend much time with my family before, but now I can be with them, and I cook on my days off. Family relations have improved. (Laughs) Also, I can visibly earn money on my own, so if I think I don't have enough this month, I can go out and earn money on my days off. Also, when I was a long-distance driver, I was alone, but now I enjoy talking with customers.
